2) It Helps Accelerate Weight Loss

In a study that was conducted in Japan, 175 obese people were given a daily dose of apple cider vinegar for three months. Others were given water. Everything else about their diet and exercise regimen remained the same. At the end of the study, the people who had consumed apple cider vinegar eventually managed to lose more weight. On average, the group that consumed apple cider vinegar on a daily basis ended up losing two more pounds over the same period of time. Research has shown that apple cider vinegar accelerates the breakdown of fats in the body.

3) It Helps Regulate Blood Sugar

Many studies have shown that apple cider vinegar can also help in regulating blood sugar. People who suffer from diabetes should consider taking a single tablespoon of apple cider vinegar on a daily basis. The vinegar contains antioxidants, potassium and certain minerals that help to control the release of insulin in the body. As a result, this helps to keep your blood sugar at acceptable levels.
