Disadvantages of cesarean section

There are many contradictions about why is cesarean section called that but there are no contradictions regarding the disadvantages of the Cesarean Section surgery. The child can get infections and can be injured during the process and the mother can also suffer from excessive blood loss which can be life-threatening. The mother needs a long time to recover compared to vaginal birth and the surgery may lead to medical complications like hernia and adhesions.
